Seanic Announces Strategic agreement with Envirent AS

Subsea Tooling specialist, Seanic Ocean Systems Inc. is pleased to announce a strategic distributor agreement with Norwegian firm Envirent AS.

The strategic agreement entitles Envirent AS to become a representative agent for Seanic in Norway, bringing an extensive range of specialist subsea tools and hardware into Envirent’s existing rental portfolio.

Seanic, which is headquartered in Houston with support offices in Aberdeen, Singapore and Perth Australia, designs and manufactures products and solutions for ROVs to interface with subsea hardware.

Through the distribution agreement Seanic and Envirent are working together to bring customers operating in the Norwegian market an extensive range of specialist subsea rental equipment including recently released API 17H class 1- 4 electrical torque tools.

Envirent AS is part of Envirex Group and operates its own rental fleet of equipment related to subsea completion, installation, maintenance, and other activities related to underwater installations.

Seanic Ocean Systems, headquartered in Houston, Texas, engineers and manufactures customized ROV subsea hardware and tooling products.
