Requirements & Summary

Lead with the planning, direction, and coordination of the operations of C-Nav activities as related to personnel, services and equipment required to support the overall service line operations. This role is critical in personnel communication and management – supporting team members in competency build, career advancement, and work-life balance.

Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL

Responsible for all personnel training, regulatory compliance and competency.
Direct personnel assignments in support of client operations and equipment preparation, and onshore maintenance.
Work with applications group to develop, maintain and support C-Nav applications in support of clients.
Work with SCM to ensure adequate supply of inventory in support of client projects.
Direct personnel assignments in support of producing technical documentation pertaining to the operation and support of C-Nav equipment.
Assist Product Development Manager and Software Engineering Group in software maintenance and roll-out.
Work to achieve and assist in reporting KPIs as defined by Senior Manager.
Assist Account Manager’s and Commercial Team as required in equipment selection, asset readiness profiles, cost for preparation estimates and other inputs required in the support of client projects/installations.
Work across business lines to share information with the goal of increasing operational excellence.
Participates in all HSE, Quality and Operational Excellence initiatives.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Key Accountabilities

As directed by Senior Manager, ensures readiness status of all personnel and equipment in location of responsibility
Readiness and competency of all offshore and onshore technicians.
All process changes and/or implementations are completed and maintained across the area of given responsibility to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
Key Interactions

As required, discuss with Local Operations Coordinators the readiness of personnel and equipment to support upcoming requirements and ongoing projects.
As required, discuss local technical and engineering support, any new or ongoing support requirements.
Interaction with Global Mobility.

Qualifications
REQUIRED
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED); Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Management preferred.
Relevant Oilfield experience to include Administrative, Office or Operations Management experience; or, any combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
